Our sister organization openhack will host the 5th edition of ActinSpace in Sweden. This 24-hour hackathon will take place 18th-19th November. The event is hybrid, both online as well as in Stockholm and Gothenburg (information on the venues will follow shortly).

What is ActInSpace?
Act in Space is a global concept, initiated by the French Space Agency. The hackathon is organized across 30+ countries simultaneously, uniting over 80 cities across 5 continents. The contest allows teams with different profiles around the globe to take on challenges (in just 24 hours) set up by the French Space Agency, ESA & partners. The aim is to create new innovations within (or related to) the space industry - for the world of tomorrow.

What challenges can I work on?
There is a great variety of challenges to choose from, all based on actual and pressing issues within or related to space - whether you are interested in solving problems in space or using space-data/space-technology. See all challenges here.
The winning team in Sweden will be invited to the international final in Cannes in February 2023.
